John Wayne and all the staff were amazing!!

Always very professional and honest.

The communication has improved since last visit.

Since we purchased the Enclave we have had it in 3 times for oil change and each time ask about the screeching brakes. We were told this time it’s because they changed the break pads that the screeching is normal. This is just not acceptable. Breaks don’t screech.

Fast service,thanks,tech even added a couple pounds of air to each tire,appreciate the small details.

It took longer than it was supposed to, due to a communication error, but the service manager admitted the mistake and made it right. Perfect customer service! Thank you.

Every aspect of the appointment was handled perfectly and professionally! From being greeted at check-in , updated of work being done in real time, and the full explanation of services at check-out. Waiting was not an issue. Comfortable customer lobby with beverages. Very efficient and refreshing!

I had a problem with my car and needed to stop by and have them look into it. In about half an hour they had the problem solved and I was on way. They were kind and courteous and I would recommend them any day of the week.

I had to have my car towed to the Joplin, MO Skyway GMC Buick dealership. It was having a battery/power/connection issue and was repaired by a Serviceman named Ryan. He kept in touch with me to let me know what the problem was and when it was ready to pick up. He was very professional and I appreciated his honesty! It turned out to be a simple fix, and I would trust him to work on my vehicle again in the future!
