Will was so great and patient. He was not pushy and he was realistic in our expectations and really listened. I have bought plenty of cars and this was the easiest buying experience we have gone through. The management team was also great at working with us. The only thing that I would say is I left important items in my trade and I called several times with no call back. I had to physically go up there. Someone could have called and told me I left them at least or told the receptionist otherwise great experience.

For the most part everything seemed OK. There was a small amount of motor oil on the front part of my steering wheel. I just had to wipe it off. It wasn't a major problem. I just wonder how this would happen.

ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE CAME IN FOR OIL CHANGE TIRES AND THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT IN A TIMLEY MANNER

Everything was really great salesperson was very good and helpful with the sales process. But when the truck was delivered it was very dirty had never been cleaned. We also had the truck clear coated but it looks like we were charged for the clear coating but never was done. We know this because there was a couple of stains and bird droppings on the hood of the truck and they were still there when we picked up the truck a few days later.

I already responded to a text but I’ll repeat it here. I brought my 2022 Encore GX in for an oil change and to have the front passenger brakes checked. A friend (who works on his own cars) rode with us. When he got out of my car, he told me I should have the front passenger brakes checked because they smelled hot to him. The service advisor (John Wayne North) was excellent. The person who fixed my brakes was excellent. Now I am assuming the person who changed the oil was also the person who topped off the fluids. I left your facility around 4:30pm. I drove home to Grove, which is a little over an hour’s drive. The next morning I ran a couple of errands. When I started my car after my second stop, I got a check engine light. I went to O’Reilly’s. The person there checked the code. It indicated that I was low on coolant. So we purchased a gallon. When we raised the hood to put in the coolant, we discovered that the cap for the reservoir was just sitting on the reservoir. It was not screwed on the reservoir. It took about 1/2 gallon to fill it. We screwed on the cap. My car seems fine. But it could have overheated on the hour’s drive home. I called John Wayne and asked him to let the person who topped off the fluids know what happened.

Very easy to work with and wasn't pushy at all. Answered all my questions and helped me in every way possible to make the deal go smoothly.

We had purchased our 2024 Yukon in April’25. We took it in again for a repeat problem. Seems like the couldn’t replicate the problem so nothing happened on it. I hope it doesn’t happen again because it’s about out of warranty. Also said the main belt was bad, but again, not covered under warranty, with only 30k miles. Not very happy with new GMC products. Probably buy another brand next time. All in all the people who we dealt with are very nice and courteous and professional, I wish the product was as good as the dealer.

Since we purchased the Enclave we have had it in 3 times for oil change and each time ask about the screeching brakes. We were told this time it’s because they changed the break pads that the screeching is normal. This is just not acceptable. Breaks don’t screech.

Skyway is the best. I just call Ryan and he is the best at making an appointment for whatever I need. He is definitely an asset to your service dealership.

I had to have my car towed to the Joplin, MO Skyway GMC Buick dealership. It was having a battery/power/connection issue and was repaired by a Serviceman named Ryan. The thermostat needed replaced in our 2021 GMC Acadia. This is a very labor intensive, and expensive, repair for such a simple part. Extremely pleased that GM did the right thing, putting the customer first, and covered the cost of the repair. Thank you GM and Skyway Buick for putting the customer first.
